Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant – Phlebotomy to perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections, verify patient identity, and ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens.

You will prepare samples for analysis, operate basic laboratory equipment, document procedures in the EMR, support infection control, and collaborate with technologists, nurses, and providers to uphold patient care and safety in a team-oriented environment.
