Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks to collect blood specimens.
• Process and prepare laboratory specimens for testing and transportation.
• Accurately document laboratory results and maintain patient records.
• Verify patient identity using established identification protocols.
• Follow CLIA requirements, infection control standards, and universal precautions.
• Monitor quality control activities and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist the clinical support team with patient flow, vital signs, EKGs, injections, and administrative support as needed.
