1st: 4:00am-12:30pm; 2nd: 12:00pm-8:30pm; 3rd: 8:00pm-6:30am
Location: Rock Island, IL
The Laboratory Assistant is responsible for the operation, organization of the Central Collection department and for carrying out the philosophy and objectives established by the Board of Directors and the Management Team. Foremost among these responsibilities are strictly adhering to detail in the performance of laboratory procedures, solving practical problems, resolving conflict, and implementing constructive change.

Phlebotomy
Quality Assurance
Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Phlebotomy course, Medical Assistant, Associate of Arts, preferred.
Experience: Experience with phlebotomy, preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Communication skills including reading, writing & speaking fluent english, Adaptability, customer/patient focused, Interpersonal skills and Self-development.
Lifting Requirements: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
