Job summary

Emanate Health in Glendora, CA is seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to join our hospital laboratory team. You will perform venipunctures on adults and children, enter data, and help resolve specimen concerns while delivering compassionate care.

The role requires a CA CPT certificate, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1–2 years of hospital lab experience. Proficiency in phlebotomy and accurate data entry are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques and medical/laboratory terminology.
• Two year acute care hospital laboratory experience preferred.
• One to two years experience assisting in performing laboratory assays preferred.
• Ability to operate computer input terminal and perform data entry.
• Phlebotomy techniques including finger and heel sticks; documentation and customer communication.

Typing and word processing skills required. Excellent customer service skills required.Minimum License Requirement:Current California CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician) certificate.
