Laboratory Assistant - US, San Antonio, TX - weekends/night/overnight

What You Will Be Doing
  • Monitoring samples and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Consolidating created samples and containers (e.g., slides, blocks, reports).
  • Searching and retrieving documents and samples.
  • Performing data entry and monitoring emails and correspondences.
  • Checking that slides and blocks are properly barcoded and labeled.
  • Assisting pathologists with technical and clerical work.
Your Profile
  • Possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1 year of related experience in a Clinical Laboratory.
  • Basic working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle large workloads and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to keep accurate, legible records in line with GCP/GLP/GDP standards.
