Job summary

Eurofins in Des Moines, IA is seeking a dedicated team member to support media preparation and quality control within a compliant, safety-focused environment.

You will assist in ensuring ISO/IEC 17025/AOAC ALACC requirements are met and that health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed consistently.

Job Description

Demonstrates and promotes thecompanyvision.

SOPs,Local Work Instructionsand Methodswhich in turn ensures compliance with ISO/IEC 17025/AOAC ALACC requirements and relevantgovernment regulatoryrequirements.

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulationsrelativeto assigned analytical work;maintainandassistothers inmaintaininga clean, safe workenvironment.

Full knowledge of media department including, but not limited to:

Media preparation

Setting up quality controls

Sanitation/dishes

Media inventory management

Identifyprocess difficulties and report these together with proposed solutions tosupervisor.

Maintain a perpetual state of readiness and willingness to respond to the queries and needs ofclients, staff, andco-workers.

Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees.Communicate orally and in writing to co-workers.This includes “intra” and“inter” departmentalemployees.

Promote the company image through the exercising of sound and ethical businesspractices asrelated to the public and ourcustomers.

Continually strive to improve the quality of work we provide to our clients through existing andnewtechnologies.
