VMH Laboratory is hiring a Laboratory Assistant/ Medical Assistant (Full Time) for an on-site role in Wisconsin. You will draw blood, perform basic lab tests, answer phones, and assist with administrative duties.

Hours are 5 days per week, 12pm–8pm, with weekend rotation. Prior phlebotomy training preferred; CPR and BLS are required. Excellent benefits and a starting wage of $17.90/hour are offered.

Come join VMH Laboratory as a Laboratory Assistant! We focus on delivering excellent healthcare and quality service. Our work environment is supportive and professional, encouraging collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving across the system. As part of our team, you will perform tasks such as drawing blood, performing basic lab tests, answering the phone, and helping with other various administrative duties.

Hours for this Laboratory Assistant are 5 days per week, 1.0 FTE, approximately 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period. Shifts are primarily 12pm to 8pm with a weekend rotation and fill-in opportunities.

Previous relevant experience with drawing blood is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Certification as a Medical Assistant or phlebotomy experience is preferred. CPR certification required.
