Job Summary

The responsibilities include phlebotomy, collecting, preparing, and processing biological specimens. The role involves assisting in laboratory activities, preparing specimens and supplies, entering laboratory orders and results, and ensuring data accuracy in a safe, professional environment.

Work Environment

Works Monday through Friday in a team-friendly environment, covering nursing home draws and assisting technicians with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, phlebotomy experience, and laboratory-related experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
