Laboratory Assistant performs routine collection procedures, assists technologists and technicians in Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, and Histology. Processes laboratory specimens. Coordinates and performs clerical/reception, client/patient/customer related duties pertaining to laboratory testing and relays information between the laboratory, other hospital areas and clients.

• This is an onsite role that will report into the hospital daily, as scheduled.

Positions specified as "on call/per diem" refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an "as needed basis" to fill in for staff vacancies.
