• Monday - Friday

What you will do:

• Conduct basic laboratory procedures following established protocols
• Maintain lab supplies, equipment, and documentation
• Assist in process optimization and troubleshooting
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a well-organized workspace
• Design, perform, and analyze assay maintenance experiments, including performance optimization and reagent replacement

What you will need to be successful:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field
• Experience with laboratory techniques, including sample preparation and data analysis
• Familiarity with lab equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team
