Under supervision of the Principal Investigator, the incumbent will perform molecular and cellular biology experiments which include PCR, reverse transcription, molecular cloning, tissue culture, splicing analysis, gel electrophoresis, Western blots, transfection, and microscopy. Direct mouse handling may be involved. Attention to details and good communication and organization skills are required. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is necessary.
