• Assist with a variety of procedures, including receiving, preparing, and performing some testing on samples.
• Practice positive patient identification and maintain good communication with patients and staff.
• Support department workflow and teamwork.
• Process specimens, organize samples, and handle laboratory testing following policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and release test results under supervision, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Handle external laboratory testing logistics.
• Perform phlebotomy and assist with training if needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on lab equipment and monitor supplies.

Qualifications:
