Sonic Healthcare USA in Memphis, TN, is seeking a dedicated laboratory support professional to ensure specimens are properly processed, prepared, routed, and stored in a safe, compliant environment. The role requires a 40-hour week with a day shift and full-time benefits.

You will join a frontline team dedicated to patient care, contributing to quality control and PHI protection. The position offers growth within a leading clinical laboratory provider and competitive benefits including health

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous training or experience in specimen collection or processing.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment such as telephones, computers, centrifuges and audible alarms.

This opportunity is:

• Location: Memphis


• Days: M-F (rotating weekends and holidays)


• Hours: 6:30 am-3:00pm


• Full-time: Benefit Eligible

In this role, you will:

• Perform a vital part of the patient care process by making sure laboratory specimens are properly processed, prepared, routed, and stored


• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions


• Work in a laboratory environment with biological hazards and PPE requirements.


• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Previous training or experience in specimen collection or processing


• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills


• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, centrifuges, and audible alarms.

Bonus points if you've got:

• 1 - 2 years of related experience in clinical laboratory, data entry, or production

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI).
