Job summary

Covenant Medical Center is seeking staff to perform routine collection procedures and assist laboratory teams across Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, and Histology. You will process specimens and relay information between the lab and hospital/client areas.

Qualifications

• Laboratory experience.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• Medical Terminology.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine collection procedures and processes laboratory specimens.
• Assists technologists and technicians in Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, and Histology.
• Coordinates and performs clerical/reception duties related to laboratory testing and relays information.

Coordinates and performs clerical/reception, client/patient/customer related duties pertaining to laboratory testing and relays information between the laboratory, other hospital areas and clients.
