Job summary

American Health Associates in Louisville, Kentucky, is hiring a Laboratory Assistant for a full-time role supporting hematology, coagulation, chemistry and urinalysis workflows. You will handle samples, call critical results, and assist with instrument maintenance under supervision.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7am–6pm; shifts discussed at interview) within the nation’s largest clinical reference laboratory, with opportunities for cross-training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior laboratory, phlebotomy or medical office experience required.
• Word processing and spreadsheet skills preferred.
• Detail oriented.
• Mon-Fri: 7am-6pm availability (shifts discussed during interview).
