Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA is seeking a reliable Laboratory Assistant to support operations for a geosciences consulting firm in Cedar Creek, TX. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in a laboratory or technical environment and requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Key duties include assisting with day-to-day lab tasks, labeling materials, performing basic tests, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Schedule is Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• A few months to 1 year of lab experience.
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 25 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

• Assist with general laboratory operations and daily tasks
• Handle, move, and properly store 25 lb cylinders
• Label and mark materials accurately
• Perform basic laboratory tests following established procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab workspace
• Support team members with additional tasks as needed

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekend work may be required
