Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a phlebotomist to join our rural health system. Responsibilities include phlebotomy, collecting and processing specimens, and supporting daily laboratory operations in a 40-hour day shift.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, safety, and teamwork in a non-holiday, weekday schedule. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with formal phlebotomy training and BLS certification advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, phlebotomy experience, and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred.
• May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
