Job summary

Advanced Heat Treat Corp. is seeking a full-time Labor Support/Janitorial staff at our Monroe, MI facility.

Roles include supporting operators and technicians by following process instructions, performing fixturing, masking, cleaning, loading and packaging customer parts in a climate-controlled environment. The position requires one year of industrial experience, the ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• One-year industrial experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment operators and heat treat technicians by following process instructions and work orders.
• Fixturing, masking, cleaning, loading and packaging of customer parts.
• Deep to light cleaning of restrooms, break rooms and office areas; cleaning floors with a scrubber.
• Take out garbage in operations and office areas; perform additional janitorial duties as needed.

Advanced Heat Treat Corp. is looking for a full-time employee for Labor Support and Janitorial duties at our Monroe, MI facility.

Hours and pay: Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

What does Labor Support/Janitorial do exactly?

Duties of this position will include provide support to equipment operators and heat treat technicians by following process instructions and work orders. This includes fixturing, masking, cleaning, loading, and packaging of customer parts, as well as routine shop duties.

This role also includes deep to light cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming of common areas like restrooms, break rooms and office areas. Taking care of garbage in operations and office area and running floor scrubber in the facility. Additional janitorial responsibilities will be assigned on an as needed basis.

This work is done in a climate-controlled facility!
