National Nurses United, the nation's largest union of registered nurses, recognizes that providing equal bargaining rights is crucial to improving recruitment and retention and allowing RNs to advocate freely for patient safety and care. In California the California Nurses Association passed the historic RN Safe Staffing Law – the first of its kind nationwide.
The Labor Representative is responsible for:
Competitive salary of $82,762 to $155,909 annually dependent on skills and experience. Outstanding benefits offered, including comprehensive family health & dental plan, and generous pension.
