The MTA seeks an experienced professional for the role of Labor Relations Specialist in the Office of Labor and Employee Relations. Responsibilities include counseling management, interpreting MDOT policies, representing MTA in grievance proceedings, disciplinary actions, and arbitrations, interfacing with various offices, conducting investigations, and managing collective bargaining matters.
The position is based in Baltimore City, Maryland.
Experience in developing and conducting training on grievance and disciplinary procedures; experience with TSHRS and collective bargaining.
