Maersk in Charlotte, NC seeks a Labor Relations Partner to advise Operations and People teams on labor relations matters, CBAs, and compliance across sites. You will partner with Legal and HR to manage workplace concerns and drive positive employee relations in a global logistics organization.
This role requires 5–10 years in labor or employee relations, with hands-on experience in unionized and non-union environments, and a strong NLRA background. Travel up to 50-75% may be required.
As a Labor Relations Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Operations and People teams, helping to foster positive labor and employee relations across our warehouses, terminals, transportation sites, and office locations. You will partner with leaders, Human Resources, and Legal teams to provide guidance on labor relations matters, collective bargaining agreements, workplace concerns, and labor law compliance.
