Job summary

IMDiversity is seeking a Manager, Labor Relations - Drug and Alcohol Policy Compliance for the MTA Headquarters in New York. You will administer agency drug and alcohol policies, coordinate with Occupational Health Services, draft charges, and support arbitration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related experience, knowledge of DOT regulations, and strong communication skills. Telework available one day weekly; standard hours 8:30–5:00, full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; five+ years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT drug and alcohol regulations and enforcement.
• Experience serving as a Designated Employer Representative or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between OHS and operating departments on policy violations.
• Determine and implement consequences per CBAs and policies.
• Draft and process disciplinary charges and pre-arbitration hearings; prepare settlement documents.
