Job description

The Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC), a division of DelDOT and operator of DART First State statewide transit services, has an immediate opening for a Labor Relations Manager located in New Castle County, Delaware. The Employee and Labor Relations Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of the employee and labor relations programs for Delaware Transit Corporation. The Labor Relations Manager applies human resources theories and principles and collective bargaining agreements (CBA) to the administration of the corporations employee and labor relations programs and formulates policies and procedures that ensure the corporations internal policies and procedures follow all state and federal laws and regulations and support the corporations goals and objectives.

DTC offers a competitive pay range of $64,057 - $80,071 and an excellent benefit package.
