Qualifications

• Two years of professional-level labor costing, accounting or fiscal monitoring experience with cost/financial analysis.
• One year of professional HR analytics experience in labor relations/negotiations with unionized workforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral Science, HR Management, Accounting, Finance, Statistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct salary and equity studies and prepare cost analyses for negotiations.
• Coordinate salary and benefits data with other agencies for negotiations.
• Develop financial models to project labor agreement costs and create multiple negotiation scenarios.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials used in labor negotiations.
