Job summary

TRDI Incorporated in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a full-time Grounds Maintenance Worker to maintain outdoor spaces and operate landscaping equipment. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

The position offers an hourly pay rate and a varied schedule. The ideal candidate will have groundskeeping experience and familiarity with mowers, trimmers, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, including buildings, picnic areas, and playgrounds.
• Operate zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers safely.
• Cut grass using a walking or riding mower and trim hedges and edges around walkways and flowerbeds.
• Apply fertilizer and insecticides to lawns, shrubs, and trees as needed.
• Plant grass, flowers, and shrubs and water lawns/shrubs during dry periods.
• Collect and dispose of leaves, paper, and litter.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
