Quality Labor Management (QLM) seeks reliable General Construction Laborers for a large stadium project in Nashville, TN. This active site requires physical labor, adherence to directions, and strong teamwork on a professional crew.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and a safety bucks program. OSHA 10 is preferred and PPE compliance is required to work on site.

Qualifications

• Construction labor experience preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to follow directions and work safely around heavy equipment and active construction operations.
• OSHA 10 preferred.
• Must have required PPE and be willing to comply with all site safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor and site support.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials and equipment.
• Assist skilled trades and construction crews as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Use basic hand tools and construction equipment.
• Assist with demolition, cleanup, material handling, and site preparation.
• Follow all site safety requirements, PPE standards, and supervisor instructions.
• Perform additional labor duties as assigned.
