O&G Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, is seeking an experienced Labor Foreman to join our Heavy Civil division to support CT DOT transportation projects. We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast.

The position will float between the I-691 Interchange project in Meriden and the Amtrak project in Old Saybrook. Occasional weekend work will occur based on timeline requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead crews working on highway and bridge projects.
2. Oversee earthwork, drainage, and concrete work.
3. Ensure job-site safety expectations are met, including enforcing safety processes.

Qualifications:

1. 7-10+ years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven leadership and technical experience.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. OSHA certification and knowledge of safety processes.
