Job summary

Prince is seeking a Labor Foreman to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily labor operations on heavy civil, highway, bridge, and infrastructure projects in Naples, FL. You will lead field crews, ensure schedules are met, and enforce safety requirements across job sites.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with hands-on oversight of earthwork activities, documentation, and cost-control efforts on active projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in heavy highway construction with knowledge of grade, slope, reading and understanding plans, and drainage
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications for the project
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and production management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to apply problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Must possess a clean Florida driver’s license

This position provides leadership to labor crews, coordinates workforce and equipment needs, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and supports successful completion of project schedules and production goals. The Labor Foreman exercises independent judgment in directing field operations, resolving issues, and managing crew performance.

Job Requirements

• Must possess three (3) to five (5) years in heavy highway construction with knowledge of project construction scope and objectives to include, but not limited to grade, slope, reading and understanding plans, and drainage
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications for the project
• Must possess strong knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and production management.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to apply effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Must possess excellent time management skills
• Must possess a clean Florida driver’s license

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and rain.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, push, pull, and climb throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 60 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work around heavy equipment, construction traffic, and active jobsites.
• Ability to work extended hours, including occasional weekends, based on project requirements.
