Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing labor estimating and contract negotiations.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cost proposal development for USG.
• Support pricing and program management.
• Provide guidance to estimating groups and conduct reviews.
• Support customer audits and maintain historic cost data.
• Train and mentor estimating team to ensure growth.
