You'll assist with discovery, document review, subpoenas, and case timelines, coordinating with attorneys on motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trials. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Strong knowledge of State and Federal court rules.
• Proficient in document management and calendar control.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in discovery including interrogatories and document requests.
• Summarize client documents, prepare chronologies and timelines.
• Prepare and serve subpoenas for records and depositions.
• Investigate claims, interview witnesses, gather facts and evidence.
• Assist with motion practice, depositions, hearings and trials.
• Organize document productions and analyze key documents.
• Compile data for Class and PAGA damage claims.
• Conduct legal research for motions, hearings, and trials.
• Retain and consult with experts as needed.
• Support overall case planning and management.
