Bridgeline Solutions, a respected full-service law firm in Metro Detroit, seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including complex case management, discovery, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing court filings, organizing case files, assisting with discovery, preparing exhibits, scheduling depositions, tracking deadlines, conducting factual research, and supporting post-judgment or appellate

Qualificações

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with labor & employment exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and discovery processes.
• Experience with federal and state court e-filing systems.
• Paralegal degree or certificate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, draft, and format a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, discovery materials, motions, and correspondence.
• Manage electronic and traditional court filings in federal and state courts.
• Coordinate and maintain organized case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with all phases of discovery, including document collection, review, analysis, production, and written discovery responses.
• Prepare deposition, hearing, arbitration, and trial exhibits and materials.
• Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and other case-related events.
• Track court deadlines, filing requirements, and litigation calendars.
• Conduct factual research, investigations, and document review.
• Support trial preparation and post-judgment or appellate-related matters.
• Provide ongoing case management support for a busy litigation practice.
