Right now, we are looking for a Labor & Employment Counsel to join our Legal Team.

Reporting to the Labor & Employment Counsel Manager, you will get the chance to:

Your responsibilities will include
  • Review and production of Legal-Labor docs
  • Assisting HR team with day to day queries across the region.
  • Coordinating with external advisors when required.
  • Assisting business teams with subcontracting schemes and management of templates and contracts for this purpose.
  • HR compliance and legal update scanning across the region.
  • Counseling on labor suits, pre-court on in-court
  • Assistance with M&A deals, integrations and business growth related activities.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $150,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate\'s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
