Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Valid license to practice law in Illinois.
• Three years of progressively responsible professional experience practicing law.
• Three years of labor and employment matters experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on labor and employment matters.
• Represent the Department of Human Services before the Civil Service Commission and administrative tribunals.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support HR and labor-relations decisions.
