Labor & Employment Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a nationally recognized law firm with nearly 250 attorneys throughout the US. We are seeking an associate attorney with at least six to eight years of California employment litigation experience. This position may be remote, but the attorney is expected to travel to court and client meetings as necessary.

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience with trials, summary judgment, arguing motions, depositions, and mediation.
• Transactional and advisory work in the labor and employment context.
• Familiarity with public agency employers is a plus.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice in California and in good standing.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 6-8 years of California employment litigation experience.

Compensation / Benefits:

• Salary: $180,000 - $215,000
