Qualifications
  • Active North Carolina Bar license (or eligibility to be waived – firm will support)
  • 10+ years of employment litigation experience, with a proven trial record
  • Deep knowledge of federal & state employment law, civil procedure, and evidence rules
  • Strong negotiation, trial advocacy, and client communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to firm systems
  • Committed to client service and achieving quality results
  • No book of business required
