Job Details

We are seeking to hire a litigator with 5+ years of experience, ideally in employment litigation. The job involves aggressively litigating issues related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wages.

Qualifications

Experience litigating cases from inception to trial
Familiarity with California employment law
Admission to practice law in California
Desire to advocate for persecuted and disadvantaged people
Ability to work with clients enduring stressful circumstances and recovering from trauma
Strong writing ability
