Ideal candidates have CA Bar admission in good standing and 4–7 years of substantive labor and employment experience, with strong research, writing, and advocacy skills and comfort with AI-driven tools.

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academics.
• Active California Bar in good standing.
• 4–7 years of substantive labor and employment law experience.
• Experience handling wage & hour, PAGA, and class actions in state and federal courts.
• Advised employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience required.

Mansioni

• Represent employers in wage and hour, PAGA, and class action litigation.
• Handle a wide range of labor and employment matters from inception to resolution.
• Advise clients on compliance with evolving California and federal employment laws.
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filings.
• Participate in discovery, including depositions, document review, and responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and settlement documentation.
• Represent clients in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop practical solutions tailored to client needs.
