• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• 4+ years of labor & employment experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters and work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in complex labor & employment litigation.
• Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices on labor & employment issues.
• Support day-to-day employment counseling for clients.
• Leverage technology and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency.
