Ideal candidates have practical Texas labor law exposure, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to translate complex statutes into actionable guidance for HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Translate statutes into actionable HR guidance.
• Draft employment contracts, non‑competes, and policy manuals.
• Support discovery, motions, and trial prep in wage/hour and discrimination matters.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure OSHA/EEOC and state compliance.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership pieces, webinars, and client seminars.

Responsibilities

• Client counseling: translate complex statutes into actionable HR guidance.
• Drafting & review: employment contracts, policy manuals, and non‑compete agreements.
• Litigation support: assist in discovery, motions, and trial prep.
• Regulatory compliance: conduct internal audits for OSHA/EEOC and state regs.
