Qualifications

• 3-7 years of substantive and substantial employment litigation experience.
• Experience providing advice and counsel on employment matters.
• Wage/hour compliance and defense; non-compete, confidentiality, non-solicitation agreements.
• Representing employers in state/federal courts and before agencies.
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• California licensure.
