Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in labor and employment.
• Experience counseling clients on complex employment law issues.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on workplace policies, wage-and-hour compliance, discrimination claims, leave laws, employee relations, and investigations.
• Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks, and workplace policies to ensure legal compliance.
