Qualifications

• 3-5 years of high-caliber experience representing employers in labor and employment matters.
• Experience handling employment litigation including single-plaintiff, complex and/or class and collective actions; advisory work; investigations.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for advocacy.
• Ability to manage routine to complex matters with minimal supervision.
• Strong academic credentials, analytical skills, judgment, and work ethic.
• Intellectual curiosity and high emotional intelligence; practical problem-solving.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Texas bar admission or ability to waive in is required.
