Qualifications

• J.D. required with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar, or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Experience in labor and employment law, preferably within a large or nationally recognized law firm.
• Experience with employment litigation, wage and hour matters, restrictive covenants, workplace investigations, or employment counseling.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
