Buchalter's Nashville office is seeking a junior to mid-level associate (2–5 years) to join our Labor and Employment Practice Group. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and a strong communicator with excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
2-5 years of experience in labor and employment law.
Strong communication skills with excellent research, writing and analytical abilities.
Experience counseling clients on complex employment law issues.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks, and workplace policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Counsel employers on workplace matters, investigations, and policies within a team-based environment.
