A premier global law firm is expanding its acclaimed California employment group and looking for a talented Junior to Mid-Level Associate to be based out of either San Francisco or Silicon Valley.

This is an exceptional platform for an ambitious litigator to take on high-stakes, sophisticated workplace matters alongside nationally recognized partners.

The Work & Practice Scope

You will step into a diverse, high-caliber practice balancing complex contentious matters and strategic advisory:

• Defending cutting-edge single-plaintiff disputes and high-exposure wage-and-hour class/representative actions.
• Partnering directly with high-growth and blue-chip enterprises on proactive workforce counseling, compliance, and preventative strategy.
• Conducting sensitive internal workplace reviews and corporate investigations.

What They Are Looking For

• 2–5 years of substantive litigation or dedicated employment law experience, gained within a peer large-firm or well-regarded national practice.
• Proven ability in legal drafting, case development, depositions, and strategic motion practice.
• Exposure to both employment advisory and courtroom defense is highly valued.
• Stellar academic record and strong written advocacy.
• Active admission to the State Bar of California is essential.

Package & Highlights
