Job summary

Murtech Staffing & Solutions is seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of estate planning experience for a full-time, direct-hire role in Erie, Pennsylvania. You will work closely with experienced attorneys, drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives to help clients preserve and transfer wealth.

You will assist with wealth transfer strategies, support estate and trust administration, and conduct legal research related to estate planning and taxes.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission.
  • 1-3 years of legal experience, preferably in estate planning, estate administration, trusts, probate, tax, or related area.
  • Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Interest in developing expertise in estate planning and wealth preservation.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated attorney with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to build a long-term career in sophisticated estate planning. You'll work alongside experienced attorneys, receive hands-on mentoring, and help clients preserve and transfer wealth through thoughtful planning strategies.


What You'll Do



  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents.

  • Assist clients with comprehensive wealth transfer and estate planning strategies.

  • Support estate and trust administration matters.

  • Conduct legal research related to estate planning, tax, and probate issues.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on sophisticated estate planning matters.

  • Develop trusted relationships with clients, financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals.

  • Grow your knowledge of tax planning concepts and advanced estate planning techniques.

This position is based in Erie, Pennsylvania and requires regular in‑office collaboration.


Newer attorneys are expected to work on-site to maximize mentoring, training, and professional development. As attorneys establish their practice and client relationships, additional workplace flexibility may be available.
