This on-site role offers substantial client interaction, hands-on responsibility, and room for long-term professional development.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in estate planning, probate and/or elder law, with strong drafting and counseling skills; Medicaid spend-down planning is a plus, and PA bar

Qualifications

• Strong drafting, client counseling, and communication skills.
• Medicaid planning or spend down strategy experience is a strong plus.
• 2+ years of directly relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, probate matters, and elder law issues.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents.
• Handle probate and estate administration matters from intake through resolution.
• Counsel families on long-term care planning, asset protection, and related legal considerations.
• Support or lead Medicaid planning and spend down matters, depending on experience.
• Maintain strong client communication and deliver a high-touch, service-oriented experience.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a growing, team-driven office.
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice through excellent legal work and client care.
