Job summary

Beach Road Precision Manufacturing is seeking a reliable Directional Drilling Laborer to support HDD crews in daily field operations. No HDD experience required—learn on the job with a strong work ethic and safety focus.

You will assist drill operators, set up sites, handle tools and materials, mix drilling fluids, and help maintain bore paths while prioritizing safety and teamwork on outdoor construction sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs consistently.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance is required.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Experience in construction, utilities, or drilling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist HDD drill operator and locator with daily drilling operations.
• Set up, clean, and maintain jobsite areas.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and drilling equipment.
• Mix drilling fluids and assist with mud system maintenance.
• Operate basic construction tools and perform routine inspections.
• Assist with conduit, pipe, and cable work; maintain bore path accuracy.
• Support jobsite restoration and safety procedures.

Full-Time | Construction / Utilities | Field OperationsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a reliable, hardworking Directional Drilling Laborer to support our horizontal directional drilling (HDD) crews in daily field operations. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive jobsite.
