Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to support the Labor and Delivery team at Baptist Medical Center Beaches. This is a Part-Time position.

You will assist the surgical team during procedures, maintain a sterile environment, and hand instruments to surgeons while ensuring patient safety. Between surgeries you will restock and clean the operating room, coordinating with the team to minimize anesthesia time and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Less than 1 year Surgical Technologist Experience

Responsibilities

• Assemble, organize and maintain a sterile field for operative procedures.
• Assist the surgical team during Labor and Delivery surgeries.
• Hand instruments to surgeons during procedures and ensure timely setup.
• Restock and clean the operating room between surgeries to maintain readiness.
