Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, high‑quality care to patients across the lifespan. You’ll work with a supportive team, use staffing resources and technology to monitor patients, and uphold hospital values.

Required qualifications include RN license, 1 year acute care, ACLS/BLS within specified times, and NRP within 6 months. This on‑site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for clinical education.

Qualifications

RN license or compact license required.
1 year of acute care hospital experience is preferred.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Neonate Resuscitation Program (NRP) must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
Promotes customer service initiatives along with the Hospital Values.
Documents all patient care.
Utilizes Nursing Process for individual care to meet needs of patients.
Demonstrates ability to perform technical skills and procedures.
Promotes compliance with National Patient Safety Goals.
